The amount of protein powder needed will vary depending on the brand. I use VegaOne Sport, which contains 30 grams in a full scoop or 15 grams in 1/2 of a scoop. That brings the total protein content to around 20-25 grams, depending on the type of of plant milk, yogurt, etc. (That’s a great amount to have for breakfast.)
