Pomegranate Elderflower Margarita
This easy to make twist on a margarita is delicious year round, but is especially perfect for Halloween with a black salt rim for a touch of spookiness!

- 1½ oz Tequila (Blanco/Silver, 100% Agave)
- 1¼ oz Pomegranate juice
- ¾ oz Lime (Fresh squeezed)
- ½ oz Elderflower liqueur
- Soda water
- Black salt (Optional)
Instructions
- To salt the rim of the glass: cover a small plate with black salt, run a lime wedge along the rim of the glass, turn the glass upside down and dip it in the salt.
- Add ice to your cocktail shaker, followed by tequila, elderflower, pomegranate and lime. Shake hard for about 20 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into the salt-rimmed glass over fresh ice.
- Top with a little splash of soda water.
