This chamomile syrup Is easy to make and can be used in a variety of cocktails. Just use it in place of simple syrup wherever subtle floral notes are desired.
Boil water in a small pot and add remaining ingredients. Stir for 1 minute then turn off heat.
Continue stirring occasionally until all of the sugar is dissolved, then let rest for 5 minutes.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer and transfer to a squeeze bottle or a 375ml glass bottle with a speed pourer. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
